Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Tagalog (mandatory);
- Fluency in a 2nd Language (Mandarin preferable);
- Minimum of 2 years BPO supervisory/Team Lead experience;
- A Leader profile;
- Minimum degree holder;
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with excellent Excel skills.
