Teleperformance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Search Engine Project. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

With a minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role, strong leadership, motivational skills, and excellent communication are essential to guide our sales team to success. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing the team, analyzing sales data, recruiting and training, and maintaining client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a must.
