Deskripsi Kerja

What You Will Deliver:

  • Oversee daily operations of the center
  • Allocate manpower resources effectively
  • Motivate team members to enhance performance
  • Ensure KPIs are met
  • Identify obstacles in the Customer Service Team
  • Respond to customer comments and complaints
  • Provide professional customer service

Who You Are:

  • Associate’s Degree or higher
  • 3+ years experience in a call center
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese, and English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced in team leadership
