Key Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader at SRG Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd., you will lead and manage a team of insurance agents. Your role includes providing mentorship and support to boost performance and morale, setting clear objectives and KPIs, and regularly monitoring progress. You will conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and development plans for team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting from RM3,500.00 per month
