We are looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to enhance client relationships and support technical requirements for new projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and be fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Key qualifications include experience in the BPO industry, proficiency in technical support and sales, and knowledge across PCs, servers, networks, and voice solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills are essential, as is a strong background in project management.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing necessary tools to operations, and overseeing service level management, incident management, and troubleshooting.
