FIXSENSEI is seeking a motivated Technical Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in repairing electronic devices and possess a strong ability to communicate fluently in English and another language. A professional demeanor and effective interpersonal skills are essential.
Minimum qualifications include secondary education (e.g., SPM, O-level, or equivalent) and a proactive attitude towards learning.
Key responsibilities will involve providing exemplary customer support during field visits, diagnosing technical issues, setting up hardware, and maintaining smartphones and tablets, as well as managing network components.
