Join our dynamic team at FIXSENSEI as a Technical Associate! We are seeking individuals with over 1 year of experience in repairing iOS devices. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malay or Mandarin, and conversant in English, with strong interpersonal skills.
Your key responsibilities include providing customer support, managing installations and repairs, diagnosing technical problems, and handling cash transactions.
A valid class B driving license and secondary education are mandatory. If you meet these qualifications, we encourage you to apply!
