Deskripsi Kerja
Join FIXSENSEI as a Technical Associate! We are seeking a professional with over 1 year of experience in repairing iOS devices. Candidates must be fluent in Malay or Mandarin and conversant in English, possessing effective interpersonal skills. A secondary education equivalent to SPM or O-level is required, along with a valid class B driving license.
Your key responsibilities will include providing customer support during field visits, managing installations and repairs, diagnosing technical issues, configuring hardware and software, maintaining smartphones and tablets, and handling transactions with customers.
