Deskripsi Kerja
NCS Global Technology is seeking a Technical Customer Support I to join our team. This position involves a 9-hour rotational shift (noon/night) across a 5-day work week.
The candidate will resolve customer issues via phone, email, or chat, employing technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with teammates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 0-2 years of IT support experience
- Strong English communication skills
Pay: Up to RM3,00.00 per month
