Deskripsi Kerja

FIXSENSEI is seeking a dedicated Technical Executive with a passion for technology and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in repairing iOS and Android devices, fluent in English and one additional language, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A post-secondary education (STPM, A-level, diploma or equivalent) is required, along with a valid class B driving license.

Key responsibilities include conducting technical training sessions, leading remote technical teams, providing customer support, managing onsite installations, diagnosing technical issues, and maintaining smartphones and tablets. Strong commercial awareness is essential.
