Deskripsi Kerja
Job Summary:
Join Cognizant as a Technical Lead in Deskside Support, where you will provide essential IT support to internal users and collaborate with the offshore IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor ticket closures, manage escalations, maintain asset trackers, provide VIP support, and troubleshoot various devices.
Job Requirements:
Strong English communication skills, experience with MS Windows OS and Intune, plus basic knowledge of networking and cloud technology.
Good to have:
Skills in Microsoft Active Directory and networking knowledge are a plus.
