Deskripsi Kerja

The Position:

The Executive – Technical Support will manage incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding PCs, Laptops, and electronic products and services. Proficiency in spoken and written English & Tagalog is required.

The Requirements for the Role:

• Diploma/Degree in IT-related disciplines.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Tagalog.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Contact Centre experience is an advantage.
• Well versed in Windows Operating Systems and Office.
• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
