Shift: Between 10 AM to 10 PM (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM3,900.00 per month

We are seeking candidates who are fluent in Mandarin and have at least 1 year of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk. Responsibilities include troubleshooting 10G PON technical issues, providing clear technical explanations to customers, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Applicants should be ready to join ASAP.
