Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at AP Millennium Consultants as a Technical Support Representative! You will be the main point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, assisting users in Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
Your role involves providing Level 1 support through calls, emails, a self-service portal (Fresh Service), and chat (MS Teams). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with overtime during Australia Daylight Savings.
Requirements: diploma/degree in relevant fields, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, basic computer skills, and strong communication skills. Starting pay is RM2,200.00 to RM2,500.00 per month, plus allowances.
