Deskripsi Kerja

Job Responsibility:
- Attend to breakdowns for civil works (plumbing, roofing, gutter, etc.)
- Perform routine inspections for buildings.
- Follow daily maintenance checklists.
- Ensure timely response to all complaints and breakdowns.
- Assist and monitor contractors for civil works.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities.
- Check and update inventory of spare parts.
Job Requirements: Hardworking, responsible, punctual, and must speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pay: RM1,453.33 – RM3,573.26/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Keperluan
