Deskripsi Kerja

Job Responsibility:

• Attend to breakdowns for civil works (plumbing, roofing, flooring, etc.).
• Conduct routine inspections and complete daily checklist readings.
• Ensure timely response to all complaints and breakdowns.
• Assist and monitor outsourced contractors; maintain facility cleanliness.
• Regularly check and update civil spare parts inventory.

Job Requirements: Hardworking, punctual, and honest. Preferably local residents who can speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
