Deskripsi Kerja

JOEL & CO is seeking a full-time Technician to maintain and repair building civil works (plumbing, roofing, gutters, flooring, ceilings, windows, etc.), perform routine inspections and daily checklist readings, respond promptly to complaints and breakdowns, monitor outsourced civil contractors, keep the facility store and sewage plant room clean, and manage civil spare parts inventory with regular bin card updates. Requirements: hardworking, disciplined, responsible, punctual, honest, neat appearance, good attendance, local resident fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Benefits: miscellaneous allowance and free parking. Pay RM1,453.33–RM3,572.28/month. Experience: 1 year driving preferred; Driver’s License preferred. Work Location: in person. Job Type: Full-time.
