Deskripsi Kerja

Company: Kip Property Services Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain various systems in the shopping mall, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems, and CCTVs.
  • Inspect buildings and equipment for safety compliance.
  • Implement preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as welding, grinding, and installation.
  • Monitor electrical and water consumption for efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

  • Solid physical condition and strength.
  • Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
