Deskripsi Kerja
Mamee-Double Decker is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to support our on-premise and cloud network infrastructure, as well as our in-house applications and end-user computing. This role involves training, deploying software, and executing analysis and design on change requests.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, possess strong technical knowledge, and have experience in IT. Excellent communication skills in English and Malay are required, while Mandarin is optional. Knowledge of CCNA or Azure Fundamentals is a plus.
