Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a Technology Operations Analyst to join Mamee-Double Decker in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational support, maintenance, and development of our technology landscape, including network, hardware, and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing daily support for on-premise and cloud network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- Supporting in-house applications and end-user computing.
- Training and deploying assigned software, as well as analyzing and implementing change requests.
- Engaging in miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, strong technical knowledge, and effective communication skills.
