Our client, Brandt International Sdn Bhd, is a leading Malaysian communications provider seeking a Telco Retail Sales Associate at Mahkota Parade. You will proactively present and sell mobile and broadband plans, handle payments, POS, bill payments, stock (phones, SIMs, accessories), and resolve customer enquiries and complaints. Requirements: SPM/Diploma/Degree, basic communication skills; sales or customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome. 5-day workweek with 2 rotational days off; 6-month renewable contract; pay RM1,800–RM3,500/month; shift and phone allowances, unlimited incentives, training provided.
