Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments.
- Explain non-payments and product services.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls on payment dates.
- Work to meet collection targets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- No experience required; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Training provided.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Basic computer skills.
Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00
- Commission for achieving targets.
- Monthly earnings: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00.
