Deskripsi Kerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers/clients to remind them about overdue payments.
• Clarify reasons for non-payment and explain product services.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements that work for both parties.
• Follow up on payment promises with customers/clients.
• Collaborate as a team or work independently to meet targets.
• Perform additional duties related to this role.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Malay, English, and other major Malaysian languages.
• Computer literate.

• Basic salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00.
