Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments.
- Explain payment issues and other product services.
- Pursue and negotiate feasible payment arrangements.
- Effectively follow up with customers on promised payment dates.
- Collaborate as a team to achieve collection targets.
- Perform additional tasks related to the job.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
- No experience needed; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English are essential.
- Computer literate.
