Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers to remind them of past due payments.
- Explain non-payment reasons and clarify product services.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements with clients.
- Follow up on payment promises effectively.
- Work individually or as a team to achieve targets.
- Perform additional tasks related to the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Computer literacy is a must.
Benefits: Basic salary RM2,00.00-2,200.00, commissions, health insurance, and more.
Expected Monthly Income: RM3,00.00-5,00.00.
