Deskripsi Kerja
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call customers to remind them of past due payments.
- Explain non-payment issues and product services.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements with clients.
- Follow up on payment promises.
- Work as a team or independently to meet targets.
- Perform additional related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; no experience required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training provided.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Computer literate.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Basic Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00
- Expected monthly income: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00
- Health insurance, annual leave, and EPF/Socso benefits.
