Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers to remind them of payment for past due accounts.
- Explain issues related to non-payment and product services.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements.
- Follow up on promises to pay.
- Collaborate to achieve targets.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; no experience required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Computer literate.
Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00
- Commission, cash rewards; expected income: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00.
