Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments.
• Explain non-payments and outline other product services.
• Persuade and negotiate effective repayment plans with customers.
• Conduct effective follow-up calls as scheduled.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collection targets.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
• Training provided; good communication in Malay and English required.
• Computer literate.

Benefits:

• Base salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00.
• Performance bonuses; monthly earnings of RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00.
• Health insurance, EPF, and SOCSO included.
