Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibility:
- Call customers to remind them of payment for past due accounts.
- Explain and clarify non-payment issues and other product services.
- Persuade and negotiate workable repayment arrangements.
- Follow up on payment promises effectively.
- Collaborate as a team or work independently to achieve targets.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Malay, English, and other major Malaysian languages.
- Computer literate; training provided.
Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM2,00.00-2,200.00 with commission; expected income RM3,00.00-5,00.00.
- Annual leave, medical benefits, and EPF/ SOCSO.
