Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers/clients to remind them of past due payments.
- Explain non-payment issues and clarify product services.
- Negotiate and establish repayment arrangements with customers/clients.
- Follow up on payment promises effectively.
- Work collaboratively or independently to meet targets.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Equivalent.
- No experience required; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Computer literate.
Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM2,00 – 2,200.
- Commission, rewards, and annual leave.
Expected monthly income: RM3,00 – 5,00.
