Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments.
- Explain payment issues and other product services.
- Pursue and negotiate feasible repayment plans with customers.
- Effectively follow up with customers on promised payment dates.
- Work individually or as part of a team to achieve collection targets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent required.
- No experience needed; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
Benefits:
- Base salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00
