Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments.
- Explain non-payment issues and additional product services.
- Pursue and negotiate feasible payment arrangements with customers.
- Effectively follow up on promised payments.
- Work collaboratively as a team or independently to meet collection targets.
- Perform any other related duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- No experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Basic computer skills.
Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00
- Monthly earnings: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00
