Job Description:
- Utilize our company’s AI financial tools to provide customized financial solutions over the phone.
- Ensure high service standards by adhering to product fact sheets and sales scripts.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and discover sales opportunities.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1 year of telesales/financial sales experience.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Malaysian citizens only, aged 22 – 35.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
