Deskripsi Kerja
Working Time:
Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (1 pm-2 pm lunch hour)
Saturday 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
Responsibilities:
1. Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Generate sales leads from customer inquiries.
3. Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice.
4. Resolve complaints empathetically to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate records while meeting team targets consistently.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a telemarketer role; customer-oriented.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Day shift, Monday to Friday
