Make outbound calls to promote products, generate leads, close sales, and handle objections. Build rapport, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and log outcomes accurately. Follow scripts, policies, and meet KPIs. Require 1-2 years telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience, strong English, confidence, persuasion skills, resilience to rejection, and ability to work independently or in teams.
