Job Requirement:
- Good verbal communication skills in Malay and English
Salary:
- RM 800 (Diploma); RM 1,00 (Degree)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers.
- Provide customer support and answer inquiries.
- Update customer details in our system after each call.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback.
- Report call outcomes to the team.
