Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description:

• Issue Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, and collect deposits.
• Follow up on Tenancy Agreement signings.
• Liaise with Human Capital/Legal for compliance.
• Address tenant concerns.
• Coordinate lease renewals and refunds.
• Update tenancy reports and contact lists.
• Prepare memos on tenancy matters.

Requirements: Diploma; fresh graduates welcome. Proficient in English and Malay. Basic computer skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract (12 months)

Pay: From RM2,500.00/month
