About the Role

Join our team at Capgemini as a Test Process Assurance Specialist and make a significant impact on our engineering projects. You will implement and refine end-to-end test processes, identify areas for improvement, and enhance our testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in current processes and develop strategies.
  • Define and track test metrics.
  • Monitor documentation compliance.
  • Manage QR deployments.
  • Collaborate with Test Program and Test Managers.

Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end test process management.
  • Understanding of testing strategies.
  • Experience with third-party vendors preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
