Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Oversee the entire process of daily livestreams on TikTok, from pre-live preparation to post-live analysis.
- Collaborate with hosts to develop and execute livestream plans smoothly.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the livestream process as needed.
- Analyze sales data and audience engagement to optimize performance.
- Provide training on script writing and presentation skills to livestream hosts.
- Set targets and take ownership of livestream sales performance.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English.
- Strong planning and execution abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, which may end at 2 AM.
