Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Coach CC Academy and Consultancy as a TikTok Shop Customer Service representative. We are looking for candidates aged 20-30, with no experience required as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries and TikTok comments.
- Support Live Hosts by managing comments during live streams.
- Monitor TikTok trends and provide insights to the content team.
Requirements: Camera-friendly, confident, strong communicator, and a team player.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 9am-2pm; Sun Off.
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM3,500.00 monthly with benefits including flexible schedules and opportunities for promotion.
