- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Sell tickets and handle payments accurately.
- Record and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Provide up-to-date information on promotions and events.
- Coordinate on-site issues effectively.
- Maintain a guest-ready front desk area.
- Collaborate with the operations team for an enjoyable visitor experience.
