Join Bata Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. as a Trainee Store Manager at our new store in 16H Farlim, Penang. This role offers a flexible working arrangement and unlimited income potential based on your sales achievements.
You will undergo a comprehensive training program to prepare for managing your own Bata store, focusing on business strategies, sales goals, customer satisfaction, and store conditions.
Candidates with leadership, customer service, and communication skills are preferred. A diploma and at least one year of retail fashion experience are required.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: From RM2,500.00/month | Expected Start Date: 01/03/2025
