Shopper360 is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Trainer to enhance our training programs and ensure the success of our sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will plan and coordinate training sessions for both internal staff and external dealers, prepare comprehensive training materials, and manage a diverse training environment.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating training effectiveness, conducting sales techniques training, and mentoring team members to improve productivity and innovation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of product knowledge and training facilitation. We value teamwork and service excellence.
