Deskripsi Kerja
Pakar HR Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Training Coordinator to manage and enhance our training programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Create training schedules and maintain training records.
- Train new hires on company policies and procedures.
- Recruit and train new Trainers, delegating tasks and evaluating performance.
- Market training opportunities and inform employees of scheduled sessions.
- Recommend training materials, manage in-house training resources, and oversee the training budget.
- Handle the HRDC platform effectively.
Pay starts from RM2,500.00 per month. Schedule is day shift.
