Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Industry Customer Service representative. The ideal candidate will handle pre-online and post-online booking inquiries, provide escalation support, and assist with booking amendments or cancellations. You will strive to exceed customer expectations with exceptional service and accurate information.
The position requires teamwork to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards all customers. Effective communication across various channels and extensive product knowledge are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
