Deskripsi Kerja
User Operations Assistant
12 months contract
Location: G- Tower, KL
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist merchants in providing the required KYC materials and other information to the corresponding payment channels through email/system, and help merchants to activate the appropriate payment methods;
- Organize, register, and distribute the company information submitted by Alipay partner merchants via email;
- Understand the KYC standards of different payment channels, follow up on the internal status of activation, and communicate externally to track progress with payment channels;
- Continuously improve one’s business skills through ongoing learning, while documenting, summarizing, and producing relevant SOPs
Job Requirements:
- Industry no limited, business administration or Banking preferred
- 0-1 years in an operational role, preferably within a global business services, risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Min)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin. Able to write/read/listen English and Mandarin
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiastic about implementing improvements and achieving operational goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM4,200.00 per month
