Deskripsi Kerja
Oregeon Property Consultancy (Melaka) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Valuation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management, Land Economy, Economics, Business, Town Planning, or related fields. Experience in valuation or property management is a plus. Strong analytical and writing skills, along with a good command of English, are essential. Knowledge of publication software is an added advantage.
This full-time role involves conducting property inspections, preparing valuation reports, and liaising with clients and banks. A willingness to travel to Melaka, Muar, and Batu Pahat is required. We offer a competitive salary of RM2,500.00 to RM2,800.00 per month.
