Deskripsi Kerja
Agensi Pekerjaan Elitez Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operation Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing frontline coordination and administrative support to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Key responsibilities include ensuring inventory readiness for shipment, processing delivery documents, handling communications with customers and internal teams, and managing daily invoices.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include a minimum of ‘O’ Levels and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
