Job Description:
- Ensure timely updates of system transactions and data entries.
- Send daily DO Pending reports to relevant departments.
- Submit documents like DOs and Packing Lists to Finance on time.
- Compile leave, MC, and clock discrepancies for HR.
- Manage filing and storage of documentation.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve document issues.
Requirements:
- SPM with passes in Mathematics.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM1,900.00 per month
