Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Senai, Johor

LIMA BINTANG LOGISTICS SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Officer to maintain warehousing and distribution operations. This role involves compliance with regulations, handling customer complaints, liaising with stakeholders, and reviewing operational processes for efficiency.

Key responsibilities include cultivating customer relationships to generate business opportunities, providing reports, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month

Benefits: Free parking, maternity leave, parental leave.

Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred). Experience in logistics is preferred.
