Deskripsi Kerja
This position is vital in providing frontline coordination and administrative support in fulfilling customer orders. As a Warehouse Operation team member, you will ensure efficient inventory management, process delivery notes, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for shipment
- Coordinate daily deliveries and handle customer backorders
- Collaborate with various internal teams
- Provide administrative support and manage invoice scanning
Qualifications:
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels / SPM
- Customer service experience preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office (especially MS-Excel)
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
