Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
The Warehouse Operation position involves frontline coordination and providing post-sales administrative support to fulfill customer orders efficiently. The role requires building rapport with customers and collaborating with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for shipment efficiently.
- Process delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and collections.
- Respond to customer backorders, contracts, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements: SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 – RM2,400.00 per month
