Leoch Battery Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that our warehouse operates at peak efficiency while prioritizing customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising and training warehouse employees, developing operational systems, overseeing daily activities, managing inventory and logistics, and ensuring safety compliance.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Mandarin and possess strong leadership skills to resolve operational issues and meet performance goals. Responsibilities include regular inspections of equipment, planning staffing needs, maintaining a safe working environment, and meeting with leads to analyze productivity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,200.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
